On the road in Wisconsin

Yes, I am . . . on the road again!
Saturday, somewhere in southern Wisconsin.

Sunday Morning,
I came upon this sweet little farmers market in the Madison area.

Bought some fresh Wisconsin Cheese from this cheese lady. (below)
Also, a basil plant.

Here's a fantastic grilled cheese recipe:

Use a yummy wholegrain bread, with Fontina and Harvarti cheeses,
place fresh basil leaves on the cheese then drizzle with a small amount of honey.
Grill as usual. I use butter. I did grow up in Wisconsin, ; )
