Road Blocks not Quilt Blocks

It's probably a little hard to see, but in the tail lights of this car someone wrote "filth mobile".

I started thinking what someone might write on my vehicle? It was looking quite salt encrusted, so instead of waiting for a little dirty car graffiti . . .

I decided to detour to a car wash. Viola! Clean car.

"What the heck?" that's exactly what I thought as I topped the hill on this county road in Missouri and saw this road block with state troopers. It was just like you see on TV. I got in line and inched forward as the troopers signaled two vehicles to the side. I pulled slowly forward to the front of the inspection line and my heart sunk to my stomach when the trooper said, "Please step out of your vehicle, Ma'am, and put your hands on the hood of your car".

Ahh, just kidding about the "step out of your vehicle" part, I was flagged on through. Probably because I had just washed my car. Looking less than suspicious and squeaky clean.

And just for you "foodies", YES, I had lunch at the Hill Top Stop. Homemade Pizza. Tasty too!

See you tomorrow . . . Gotta go "Owen Wilson" is going to be on David Letterman in a few minutes, can't miss that!
