The elusive Cowboy

While sitting in my booth at Quilt Market in Houston I would hear bits of conversations from the people strolling by. I remember hearing a woman from Germany (at least it sounded like a German accent) telling her friend that she was disappointed that she hadn't seen any cowboys.
