WV Quilt - Barboursville, WV

Charm PLUS in this village. This is just around corner from WV Quilt.

The shop is located in the former Brady's Hardware store a turn of the century 2 story brick building with all the charms of that era, wooden floors and tin ceiling included.

Did you know you can buy fabric by the yard and by the pound here?

Meet Marie (above) and Dixie the store manager (below).

Is this an awesome upholstery job or what?

April Cornell fabrics!

Below is the view as you walk through the front door.

This gazebo is just across the street from the quilt shop.

WV Quilt is owned by Michelle Hill. I met Michelle the day I visited and while she was camera shy, I found her to be a delightful woman. To meet her you will have to visit her quilt shop in person. (Tell her I sent you! )

  2. I love WV Quilts. I took a class and made a quilt named The Yellow Brick Road. I tell people it's like going into a candy store. I love it and the employee's are friendly helpful. I can't wait to take another class. Spring is around the corner. Let's get quilting!!!
